My Un-name Recipe


Stok Masakan 2 hari... ekekeke~~


Ermm.. its been a decade i didnt post any recipe in my blog.. so here for the first time i post my own and unknown recipe.. i just put and throw whatever left in my freezer.. (its make me sad to think of my freezer... it still at workshop)...

Bahan2 nyer adalah:
2-3 ulas bawang putih.
2-3 biji bawang merah.
lada besar, cili kecik... kalu ske pedas, taruk la byk2..
stok ayam
telur 2 biji
garam secukup rasa
lada hitam ikut selera anda
ayam dipotong dadidu..
sayur2an:
bunga kobis, lobak, cendawan or apa2 je
optional:
nak taruk pepun boleh, daging, udang, sotong, bebola ayam or daging.. and etc.

optional:
kalu ske pekat, taruk la tepung jagung.

Cara2 nyer...
panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih and bawang besar... kasi bau masyuk...

pastu, masukan ayam.. then masukkan lada besar...

bila ayam dh suam2 masak.. masukkan air.. tunggu sehingga gelegak/mendidih..

masukkan stok ayam (kalu ada), garam, lada hitam, cili kecil...

pastu lagi masukkan sayur2an dan telur...

pastu masukkan satu sudu besar tepung jagung yang telah di kacau terlebih dahulu ngan sedikit air..

sungguh lazat dimakan bersama yee mee (digoreng), bihun (direbus) dan yang sewaktu dgn nyer..

tadaa.... dah siap pon.. 5 minit dan masak.. cepat dan lazat!

Nasi Paprik


Bahan-bahan
½ ekor ayam - dipotong kecil2
4 ulas bwg merah - ditumbuk
2 ulas bwg putih - ditumbuk
1 labu bwg besar - dimayang
2 btg serai - dititik
2 biji buah tomato - dipotong 4
5 biji cili padi (depends, kalau suka pedas boleh tambah lagi)- ditumbuk
2 biji limau kasturi - diambil jusnya
5 helai daun limau purut - carik-carikkan
bunga kobis, kacang buncis/panjang, lobak dan anak jagung
sedikit sos tomato, sos cili, sos tiram dan kicap manis
bahan2 perasa

Cara-cara
•Panaskan kuali. gorengkan ayam (agak2 sampai masak, jgn terlalu garing).
•Masukkan bawang merah, bwg putih dan cili yg ditumbuk, kacau sekejap.
•Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili, sos tiram dan kicap manis Biarkan mendidih sekejap dan masukkan pula sedikit air. masukkan serai, daun limau purut dan sayur-sayuran.
•Bila dah mendidih, masukkan bwg besar dan buah tomato. semasa menghidang, perahkan limau kasturi.

Kerabu Tomato Ikan Bilis



very simple and delicious kerabu...
Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 org )

2 biji tomato - buang empulurnya n dihiris
segenggam ikan bilis goreng (bilis yg dh dikupas)
1/2 biji bwg besar - dihiris
3-4 biji chili padi (bergantung thp kepedasan) - dihiris
1 btg serai - dihiris
garam
gula
air lemon - optional
pak aji - klu suka

Cara-cara

Ikan bilis goreng tumbuk kasar. Kemudian gaulkan semua bhn2 n perasakan ngan garam n gula. Klu nk lebih masam bleh letak air lemon.
Dah siap!! bleh la dihidang.......SeLaMaT MenCube...

The Lover of Fruit Cocktail Pudding

AS I SAID, I wanna write as much as I can as i decided to back home this Friday. so i told ya already when I'll be back. but i don't have the ticket yet, probably tomorrow i will. yup, surely. there's no time. I need to stick to the shedjewel I made just in the morning.. ha! and I also made a promised to someone.. so I'll send a sms to ask if that ok or not.. and confirm it right on. so settle for now. hope so. always last minute. yeah, its kind of my habit. I like to rush and dash here and there, make me look the busiest person in the world rather than doing nothing such writing this blog. give me double ha! ok enough said.

Actually, I suddenly fall in love with fruit pudding not long time ago, as I remembered, it was 2006, and on 29th October to be exact, and around 4.00 p.m to be precise. I was attended open house, if you forget, it was raya on that time and celebration are everywhere. and the owner was my last best friend wedding, Maisara Asyikin or sweetly I called MY or MAI. doesn't matter which one you prefer. skip the talking, goes to menu, there's so many dishes actually.. I still remembered all of it but I just wanna highlight fruit pudding here as the title stated above. usually I will not eat pudding coz i know there's milk in it and i sickening of milk. cant stand with the smell and taste, both of it. But accidentally at that time, I ate the thing looked like ice cream mixed with sort of fruits as my eyes saw, but it wasn't... it was a fruit pudding as she told me after I'm finished having a bowl of it while I'm asked. and then I realised, one bowl wasn't enough for me.. dunno how many bowls I had, dun remembered that. sowwy. ahaks! thats what was happened and how I fall in love with MY's.....pudding... double ahaks! thanks to her mum coz made such a lovely pudding.

Few months later when I back home, as usual, kitchen was the first place I looking for, I opened up the fridge and saw fruit pudding! oh hell yeah... it was amazing you know.. cant explained that feeling of the moment. felt so blessing. i thought someone bought it. and i know my family doesn't eat that kind of food as i before.. but it was for my nephews and nieces. and they told me, my sis made it. what??? surprisingly, I didn't know that. well, after that incident.. I never let a chance slipped away.. always asked her made me special fruit pudding when I back home and of coz i will do the same thing this weekend. so childish of me. ooo still remembered that, so funny though.. she made a pudding but didn't realized the fruit out of stocked. (usually we just use fruit in the can). she just put in the freezer and off to work and doesn't know, my bus ticket was on that morning. and when she came back, of coz with the fruit cans and asked where am i? my mom told her, i was in KL already, and they just having a laugh. she called me and asked, who's gonna eat that pudding? she doesn't know that i already ate half of it. only the pudding. without fruits. haha! well, end of the story.

As always, the menu was prepared by Kak ku specially for me. I requested from her in case I wanna make it on my own.. who knows?


Fruit Pudding. Actually this is my sis pudding looked like... haha~~

BAHAN-BAHAN:
10 gm agar2 serbuk atau 1 paket agar2 biasa [28 gram]
6 gelas air
1 1/2 cawan gula
1 tin susu cair
1 tin air buah campur dlam tin...
1 tin buah campur [untuk hiasan]

CARA:
1. Masakkan agar2 serbuk atau agar biasa bersama air sehingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan gula. Biarkan mendidih lagi. [jika gunakan agar2 biasa kena tapis]
3. Tutup api. Masukkan (air) buah campur dalam tin dan susu cair.
4. Tuangkan dalam acuan [terpulanglah nak acuan besar atau mangkuk kecil). Bila dah sejuk masukkan dalam petisejuk.
5. Hidangkan bersama buah campur yang diasingkan tadi.

The Story of Nasi Kerabu


NOT IN THE MOOD TO WRITE..... NOT SO MUCH INTO IT. BUT luckily for me, for blog lark sake, i got a tonnes things in my computer to share with you.. so everything is in my fingers now.. but my mind juz keep thinking about food.. food and food.. while im starving rite now.. obviously. nothing goes in yet.. cut it out! juz straight to the menu.. will ya. ahaks.. sorry its look like im in the mood again.. huhu~~ okies, my recipes for today is Nasi Kerabu Pantai Timur by Kak ku.

sory to interrupt. Can i say sumthin.. of coz u can, its ur blog. idiot. well the story is... it happen on last hari raya puasa, i asked my mum to cook nasi kerabu.. instead of nasi dagang.. i can say every raya she cooked nasi dagang. and of coz the best nasi dagang ever.. she specialized, masterpiece or watever la u called... but im not like a 'little'.. i cant say 'so much' coz i still having 2 or 3 plates of nasi dagang that she cooked.. ha-ha! and again.. last raya.. nasi dagang and nasi minyak.. im so downed.. my hope downed... nothing changed at all.. its all so traditional. im really hope that one day she made a barbecue, a toast, and chicken salad.. full of chicken on table.. aaahh~~~ cant you smell that.. or juz sumthin else. and i will. on raya. huhu~~

without im asking, or begging.. on last raya qurban.. my sis cooked nasi kerabu.. (totally shocking) complete with side dishes and everything accept budu. my dad cant stand that smell. its okay. well i can say it still not perfect, but ok lah.. she juz learned to cook nasi kerabu after my mum asked her to practice and cooked for me.. ooo i felt guilty like hell on that day.. on raya. how's that? sib baik raya.. mita maaf cecepat.. huhu~~

so... end of the story... kita masak2 plak... here is the menu... enjoy...

NASI KERABU PANTAI TIMUR

Bahan-bahan:

Nasi putih... or boleh juga buat nasi warna biru.. masak ngan bunga warna purple, bunga telang. masak macam nasi lemak tapi bubuh bunga purple ni, serai ketuk, bawang merah [hiris] dan garam..].


either me or kak ku dunno what bunga telang is.. but here is the picture...

Bahan untuk Sambal Ikan :
3 ekor ikan kembung - dipanggang dan ambil isinya
1/4 kelapa parut - dijadikan kerisik
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sm halia
2 batang serai
1 sudu teh lada hitam
1 sudu teh gula
1 sudu teh garam

Sambal Ikan :
Gaul isi ikan panggang, kerisik, bawang merah, bawang putih, serai dan halia.
Masukkan gula, lada hitam dan garam. Gaul dan kisar sehingga campuran itu lumat

Bahan untuk kuah :
4 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
20 gm belacan
10 tangkai cili kering
2 sm halia
2 cawan santan cair
1 batang serai
2 sudu teh gula
1 sudu teh garam

Cara
1. Masak santan sehingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan ramuan yang dikisar, serai, garam dan gula. Kacau hingga sebati. Biarkan ia mendidih.
3. Masukkan santan cair dan kacau. Perlahankan api.
4. Biarkan sehingga beberapa minit dan kemudian padamkan api apabila kuah pekat.


Bahan untuk ulam :
1/2 biji timun - dipotong halus
1/4 biji kobis bulat - dipotong halus
20 gm belacan
1 ikat daun kesom - dihiris halus
2 batang serai - dihiris halus
2 kuntum bunga kantan - dimayang
5 batang kacang panjang - dipotong halus
50 gm taugeh
2 sudu besar budu
2 sudu kecil lada sulah

Cara:
1, Gaulkan semua ulam-ulaman.
2. Kemudian boleh hidangkan bersama nasi, sambal ikan, kuah dan budu untuk dimakan.

NOTA:
Sediakan juga keropok ikan keping yg telah digoreng...atau telur masin atau ikan goreng atau daging goreng

Rice Porridge


Delicious and delightful.. i love rice porridge, but mostly i prefer chicken rice porridge. so this is new recipe i got form kak ku by my requested. and the picture above just for deco which is i got it from flickr, sapa punye x ingat. neways thanks. so, as usual, make sure all the ingredients all set, ur pan, cooking pot and ur kitchen is ready... huhu~~

CARA MEMASAK:

4)TUMIS BAHAN D------MASUKN DLM BUBUR YG SIAP MASAK TU.
5)BAHAN E--------------HIRIS UTK HIASAN

Coconut Milk Tom Yam


Cooking time! yay... i like it. ermmm do i?? haha~~ watever... ok puan2 sekalian... sediakan kuali periuk belanga apa semua... kita masak2 hari ni.. miahaha~~ actually i got this recipe from kak ku... and thanks to her. well for now i keep it first till i get home or i get my own kitchen.. huhu~~ i taste it a few time and i really like it.. so why do you guys try your own...

The ingredients:

1 1/2 CAWAN PATI SANTAN
2 CAWAN SANTAN CAIR
2 BATANG SERAI------------------ (dititik & potong 5cm)
3 INCI LENGKUAS MUDA------------ (dihiris)
3 ULAS BWANG MERAH-------------- (diketuk/dititik)
3 ULAS BWANG PUTIH-------------- (diketuk/dititik)
500 GRM AYAM-------------------- (dipotong kecil)
5-6 CILI PADI------------------- (dititik)
5 HELAI DAUN LIMAU PURUT-------- (disiat)
2 SUDU BESAR SOS IKAN
3 SUDU BESAR JUS LIMAU NIPIS
GARAM,GULA--------------------(secukup rasa)

How to do it???
Firstly, Jerang/didihkan santan, air dengan garam, gula, serai, lengkuas, bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga mendidih.

Then, masukkan ayam dan masak dengan api sederhana.

Pastu plak... Bila ayam empuk, masukkan cili padi, sos ikan, jus limau dan pati santan.

Make sure JANGAN biar ia terlalu lama mendidih. Hias dengan daun ketumbar dan daun bawang, jika suka.

ACTUALLY, TOMYAM NI ADE BYK LG BAHAN2NYA. LEH GAK TAMBAH CARROT, SALERI, BUNGA, KOBIS, DAGING, SOTONG, UDANG and apa-apa saja...

so thats it! easy rite... nanti kalu ada recipe lain.. i will post it.. may be my fabret only kot! but dun you worry.. i love most all the foods.. ekeke~~
